This creamy condiment is easy as mashing ripe avocado with lime juice and salt. It pairs well with most types of burgers, from all veggie patties to Southwestern-style turkey, beef or bison.

Coleslaw

When made with allergy-friendly vegan mayo, this easy salad adds fresh crunch and creamy flavor to almost any type of burger.

Fruit Chutney

To celebrate the summer months, look for allergy-friendly varieties that feature tomato, peach or mango. All go well with turkey, chicken or curry-flavored veggie burgers.

Chimichurri Sauce

Think of it as South America’s nut-free version of pesto. Yet, this simple blend of finely chopped parsley, minced garlic, oil, oregano, and white vinegar is bold enough to accompany beef or black been burgers.

Pineapple Salsa

Any salsa will spice up your sandwich, but tropical varieties add a sweet, sunny vibe that pairs well with beef, chicken, turkey or veggie loaded burgers.

For a spicy kick, fish-free versions of this fermented Korean side dish are often made with seasonal vegetables and add a naturally allergy-friendly probiotic punch atop patties. The bold heat is a good match for beef or hearty veggie burgers or pork hot dogs.

Tapenade

Many recipes and some packed versions contain anchovies, but top allergen-free options can be made or purchased that focus on the other core ingredients of this rich spread: minced olives, capers and olive oil.
