Instant Hot Chocolate

Free of: gluten and all top allergens


  • 1 cup (250 mL) unsweetened dairy-free milk alternative
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ tsp maple syrup
  • 1 ½ tsp sugar, or to taste
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Heat the milk alternative in a microwave-safe mug until hot, but not boiling (about 1 minute).
  2. Stir in all remaining ingredients, sweetening to taste.
