- 4 ripe avocados
- 1⁄2 cup (125 mL) fresh cilantro (coriander), chopped
- 1⁄4 cup (60 mL) white onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1⁄4 cup (60 mL) freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tsp (5 mL) ground cumin
- pinch salt
- Peel and core avocados. Mash lightly in a medium bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
