• Autism and the Gluten-Free Diet
There has long been interest in whether the gluten-free diet can help kids with autism spectrum disorder. Earlier this year, Dr. Alessio Fasano told Allergic Living magazine about his work investigating his theory that gluten sensitivity may be to blame in up to 20 percent of ASD cases.
