Does anyone have plans for this day?

We're too busy plotting our April Fools pranks!

I'm going to have the hubby look after the little one (who's just started to run..) while I rest with my legs up all day. Counting down to March 1st (new baby is due) so I have a good excuse to need to be lazy!

Hopefully there will be many sweet snacks involved, i'm glad the little one is still too young for the treats, next year I'll have to order some special chocolates for her (I haven't decided if she likes chocolate or not yet..)

Enjoy the time with your feet up Cauger, congrats on the new baby :huggy

I bought books for the kids this year. I found on the ALLAN candy website some Valentines treats, I emailed asking where they sell them. They list all allergens and may contain statements online and a large variety is peanut/tree nut/sesame safe.
The little guy won't like it but it makes me feel safer having it in the house.

......just realized this is the dating forum. AH, 17 years later, what I'd love is to take a nice hot bath in peace

We might see if we can find a baby sitter...haven't done that (other than grandma) since she was 10 months old.

We have only had my parents and one trusted friend look after my kids, too (apart from the two nannies we had when I was working, but both were hired before the allergies). I finally spoke to the secretary at the school and got some names of former students who would be good neighbourhood sitters. I feel bad asking my parents all the time, and my one friend is busy, too, so having a teenager in the neighbourhood will bode well for those date nights that are long over due. Not sure we will go out on Vday, but maybe later in the month to celebrate that and DH's bday.
